Dr. Alavi (Dentist)
Dr. Sajedeh Alavi is a compassionate and detail-oriented General Dentist with over 15 years of professional experience providing high-quality dental care. She has extensive experience in general restorative dentistry, emergency dental care, endodontic therapy, surgical tooth extractions, crown preparation and placement, pediatric dentistry, and treatment planning.
Before returning to dental practice in Edmonton, she worked as a dentist in Tehran, where she performed a wide range of procedures and managed patient care and clinic operations. She is a General Dentist certified through the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) and is registered with the College of Dental Surgeons of Alberta (CDSA).
Dr. Alavi is committed to compassionate patient care, continuous professional development, and maintaining high standards of safety and dental practice. Outside of her professional life, she enjoys spending her free time with her family and loves swimming, gardening and painting.

Dr. Herath (Dentist)
Dr. Herath earned her Doctor of Dental Medicine from the University of Sydney in 2021 and went on to complete a General Dental Residency in Melbourne, Australia. Since then, she has continued to build on her clinical experience through advanced training in biomimetic adhesive dentistry, CEREC restorations, composite dentistry, and injection molding techniques.
Dr. Herath has a special interest in biomimetic dentistry, an approach that focuses on preserving as much natural tooth structure as possible while restoring strength, function, and aesthetics. She enjoys helping patients feel informed and comfortable throughout their care, taking a thoughtful and detail-oriented approach to treatment planning.
Her areas of experience include restorative dentistry, crowns and bridges, root canal treatment, simple extractions, night guards, nitrous oxide sedation, and CEREC same-day crowns. She is passionate about providing personalized care that supports each patient’s oral health, comfort, and confidence.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Herath enjoys reading, travelling, and cooking. She is always adding to her Goodreads list and proudly considers herself a better cook than baker.
